Improving Our Customer Service
Saturday, January 3rd, 2009Just like everyone one, we have our own new year resolutions for 2009 and one of them is better customer service.
Starting this year, we’ll be sending out customer service surveys to all of our clients via e-mail in order to get feedback from them. These surveys will be conducted bi-annually so we can assure that everyone receives excellent customer service.
We encourage all of our clients to take 4 minutes out of their day to answer 4 simple questions that will help our company improve itself in the long run!
