Improving Our Customer Service

Just like everyone one, we have our own new year resolutions for 2009 and one of them is better customer service.

Starting this year, we’ll be sending out customer service surveys to all of our clients via e-mail in order to get feedback from them.  These surveys will be conducted bi-annually so we can assure that everyone receives excellent customer service.

We encourage all of our clients to take 4 minutes out of their day to answer 4 simple questions that will help our company improve itself in the long run!

After months of coding and late nights in Photoshop our new company website is now live for the world to see!  Our new design takes a Web 2.0 approach and now allows us to show more of our services and portfolio.  Here is a rundown of some new features:

Pardon Our Mess

If your looking throughout our website or if you are reading this blog post right now, you may notice that our pages may look a little different.  Don’t worry, because we are actually working on our new company website redesign that will be launching in couple of weeks (hopefully days)!

We hope to feature technology articles (along with our own company news) that will benefit local organizations and businesses.

So please pardon our mess!  I’m sure everyone will be pleased with our progress.
